The metal parts of your ROK are covered by a 10 year warranty on manufacturing defects. Download your 10 year warranty. Although not stated on their website, Presso Ltd has honored a 1 year warranty on the ROK’s other parts in the past.

Spare Parts

Spare parts come with a 30 day warranty, with the exception of consumables such as replacement filters.

Sometimes a gift doesn't work out. We understand. That's why we accept returns in new, unused, and resalable condition. Sealed items (such as the ROK) must remain sealed. All original packing must be included.
